About the Event
- Scientific Paper /E-Poster competition
- Time: Saturday 18th November 8.00 AM to 5 PM
- If you have registered and submitted an abstract report at 8.00 AM on the day of the competition, regardless of whether or not you received an acceptance email.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduates
- Postgraduates
- Interns
Abstract Submission Criteria
- Participants can submit abstracts for PPT PRESENTATIONS & POSTERS
- Participants may submit up to 3 abstracts but present only one abstract (for example 1 abstract as a present-
- ing author and two abstracts as Co-author)
- The final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of the scientific committee.
- The abstract shall not be longer than 200 words.
- Name, last name, title, institution, city and contact details of authors shall be stated clearly
- Please email the abstracts for the scientific paper /poster to dentistry@idrr.org

- Abstract Submission opens: November 1st 2023
- Abstract Submission ends: November 12th 2023
Certificate of Participation
- Certificate of participation will be awarded on-site
- Poster presenters are required to send a single page of PPT by email to dentistry@idrr.org and to be present at the venue at the time slot given.

E-Poster
- Visuals should be simple and bold
- Organize your poster into subdivisions, e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and
- Literature Cited (avoid using too many citations)
- Use bright colours to enhance the detail
- The title, contents and the author’s information should be visible
- Save your file in PowerPoint using Save As (on the File menu) as JPG, JPEG or PNG and bring it to the
- venue
The winners of the competition will be receiving their certificates of grade at the November 18th Night Gala Dinner.
