About the Event
How to complete this program?
- This program can be completed by attending a series of Online Lectures and a 4 days Hands session with a Cadaver workshop
- All the basics are delivered by online lectures with unlimited access to the cloud for 100 days from the joining date.
- Hands-on workshops organised by IDRR that will be repeated during the next 4 months at IDRR Bangalore or IDRR Lemongrass Hill Kerala. The candidates can opt for any date that suits them
- The Cadaver Surgery will be conducted at Ramaiah Advanced Learning Center Bangalore
- During the Hands-on session, the organiser will provide all the Implants for the hands-on.
About the event
- Introduction to dental implantology. Science and rationale for implants. Human anatomy and radiology in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Surgical site and bone evaluation. Diagnosis and treatment planning. Surgical setup and augmentation materials.
- Prosthetic considerations and classification. Impression taking for the prosthetic component. Understanding CT (CBCT) scans. CAD / CAM (digital workflow). Occlusal considerations in implant dentistry.
- Prosthesis. CT (Computed Tomography) scans and reviews. Uses of PIEZO-electric surgery.
