4. Candidates must  have completed  the final dose of vaccination 8 weeks prior to the course (The course starts only after 15th July)
5. Block your seat by paying 10% of the Course fees and balance in instalments or a single payment, to be completed 15 days prior to the start date.

•  U/L full jaw set - 2 Nos. ( Either get artificial teeth in Upper & Lower models or mount extracted teeth in the proper arch in blue or green or yellow or brown dental stone up to the c-e junction. DO NOT MOUNT IN WHITE PLASTER as the plaster comes off due to air rotor water. Or get extracted teeth mounted the same way)
• Air rotor Handpieces 2-Hole Borden - Get 2 handpieces in good working condition, preferably PUSH BUTTON type. ( Do Not Get multiflex or 4-Hole HP ).
